Pricing
In short
Visibility audits start at €2,500, and implementation projects typically run €4,500–€9,500 depending on how much of the site has to be rebuilt rather than restructured. Market entry assessments start at €3,500, with full engagements to €9,500. Deal strategy sprints start at €3,000, with full engagements to €8,500. Ongoing measurement programmes start at €900 a month and are only sold after a build. There is no rate card below those figures because scope genuinely varies, but they are enough to tell whether this is a conversation worth having before you book a call. Founding-client rates are available for the first engagements, as a trade rather than a discount.
Why is there no rate card?
Because scope genuinely varies, and a fixed list would be wrong in one direction or the other. A ten-page site that already renders its content on the server and a twelve-page site built entirely in JavaScript are different jobs: the second one needs a rendering fix before any visibility work can begin at all. A rate card either prices for the hard version, which overcharges every company with a simple site, or prices for the easy version and gets renegotiated the moment the real scope appears.
What a buyer is entitled to is enough information to tell whether this is a two-thousand-euro problem or a ten-thousand-euro one without booking a call to find out. So the floors and the ranges are on this page, together with the specific things that move the number. The exact figure comes from a scoping conversation, and that conversation costs nothing.
What does each service cost?
Three services, three shapes of engagement. Every figure below is a published floor or range in euro. It prices the engagement as a whole rather than a day rate, because I do not sell time, and it is what I would quote today rather than an opening position to be negotiated down.
Getting found when buyers ask AI
Visibility audits from €2,500. Implementation projects typically €4,500–€9,500.
The audit is a diagnosis and it stops at diagnosis: a written prompt set, those prompts run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews, a technical crawl, an entity check, a competitor teardown, and a report with a recorded walkthrough. It is a complete piece of work, and some companies will act on it themselves and need nothing further for a while.
The implementation project executes the findings: crawlability and rendering, the entity layer, content restructured into passages that survive being read alone, answer-shaped pages where they are missing, a measurement baseline, and handover. Where a project lands inside that range depends entirely on the drivers in the next section. What the service actually involves is set out in full on its own page.
Not included at any price: writing a complete content library from scratch, advertising of any kind, and rebuilding or migrating a website. If a site has to be rebuilt before this can work, I will tell you that, and it is a different supplier's job.
Entering a new market
Assessments from €3,500. Full engagements to €9,500.
The assessment answers one question with evidence: will this country or segment buy what you sell, and on what terms. It covers segment definition, competitive reality, route to market, and a live proposition test with real buyers, ending in a hire, partner, persist or stop recommendation. The full engagement carries that recommendation into execution, including channel and distributor strategy and the visibility layer in the new market.
The price moves with the number of markets, the number of languages, and whether buyer conversations happen in a language I can run myself. The market entry service page describes the sequence in detail.
Not included: legal entity setup, tax or customs advice, recruitment, and anything requiring a licence I do not hold.
Turning interest into signed deals
Sprints from €3,000. Full engagements to €8,500.
The sprint takes one stalled deal or one recurring stall pattern and diagnoses it: which stall it is, who signs, who blocks, and what unasked question is holding the decision. The full engagement adds structured win/loss interviews with buyers who recently chose you and buyers who chose someone else, and rebuilds qualification on what those interviews actually say.
The number moves with how many interviews are in scope. Below roughly fifteen interviews the output is a diagnosis rather than a study, and I will describe it that way in the proposal rather than after the invoice. The deal strategy service page covers the method.
Not included: carrying your bag on live deals, contacting your customers under your name, and CRM implementation.
Ongoing measurement
Programmes from €900 a month, and only after a build.
The programme re-runs the fixed prompt set on a schedule across every engine, reports answer share and citation rate per engine rather than blended into one score, tracks which source earned each citation and who was named instead of you, and makes the small corrections that keep an entity footprint accurate. I will not sell it on its own, because measuring a site nobody has fixed produces a monthly bill and a flat line.
What moves the number?
Six things, in roughly the order they change a quote. Each one is a question I can answer from your website before quoting, which is why the scoping conversation is short.
- Whether your site renders on the server, or needs a rendering fix first. This is the largest single swing. Vercel and MERJ tracked over 500 million GPTBot requests and reported in December 2024 that they found no evidence of JavaScript being executed, with GPTBot requesting JavaScript files 11.5% of the time and ClaudeBot 23.8% and neither running them. If your content only exists after JavaScript runs, most of these systems see an empty page, and that has to be solved before anything else is worth doing.
- How many pages are in scope. Restructuring twelve pages and restructuring sixty are not the same project, and page count is the most predictable part of a quote.
- Whether existing content is restructured or written from scratch. Restructuring what you already have is far cheaper than writing new material, and it is usually what the audit recommends, because most technical companies have the knowledge on the site already in a shape nothing can retrieve.
- How many markets and languages. Each language is a separate prompt set, a separate measurement run and a separate entity footprint, so a second language is close to a second project rather than a percentage uplift.
- How many third-party listings and profiles need correcting. Yext analysed 6.8 million citations across 1.6 million AI answers in October 2025 and found 42% came from listings and profiles rather than first-party sites, so this is rarely optional. The work scales with how many surfaces carry an out-of-date version of your company.
- Whether answer-shaped pages are in scope. Pages built to answer a specific buyer question are the highest-yield part of the build and the most writing-intensive, so including them moves a project towards the top of its range.
How are engagements structured?
Diagnostic first, always. The audit ends at diagnosis and the build executes it, and they are quoted and paid separately so that the diagnosis stays honest. An audit that automatically becomes a build is not a diagnosis, it is a sales step with a report attached.
Payment terms are the same for everyone. Audits are paid in full upfront. Builds are paid 50% on signature and 50% on handover. Work begins when payment clears rather than when a purchase order is issued, which I mention here rather than discovering it together in week one.
Ongoing programmes carry a four-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days' notice. Four months is not a lock-in tactic, it is the shortest period over which a change to an entity footprint can be re-crawled, re-retrieved and measured well enough to say anything. I put the minimum on the public pricing page on purpose, because in this category minimum terms are usually buried in a contract after four weeks of sales calls.
What are founding-client rates?
Rates below the published floors are available for the first engagements, and they are a trade rather than a discount. In exchange I ask for a named testimonial, permission to publish before-and-after measurement data, a recorded debrief about what did and did not work, and introductions to two companies you think have the same problem.
That is worth real money to a practice with no published client results, which is why it is offered as an exchange and not as a sale that fell through. If you would rather pay the published rate and stay anonymous, that is a completely reasonable choice and the work is identical. The numbers are not listed here because they depend on what you are willing to trade, so ask.
What should you do with this page?
If the ranges are in the region you expected, the next step is not a pricing conversation. It is finding out whether you have the problem at all, which costs nothing and needs no call: I run a set of buyer questions across the engines on your own company and send back a recorded walkthrough of who got named, who got cited and why.
If the ranges are well above what you had in mind, say so on the form and I will tell you honestly whether there is a smaller version worth doing or whether your budget is better spent elsewhere. That answer is free and it is sometimes the useful one.
Frequently asked questions
Why don't you publish a full price list?
Because the same deliverable can be two genuinely different jobs. A site that already renders its content on the server and a site built entirely in JavaScript need different work before either can be made retrievable, and a fixed list would either overcharge the first or get renegotiated on the second. What is published instead is the floor for each service, the range a project normally lands in, and the specific drivers that move it, which is enough to decide whether to have the conversation.
What does the audit actually cost, and what do I get for it?
Visibility audits start at €2,500. You get a written prompt set built from the questions your buyers actually ask, those prompts run across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews, a technical crawl covering whether your pages are readable without JavaScript, an entity check, a competitor teardown showing who is named instead of you and which source earned the citation, and a report delivered with a recorded walkthrough. It is a diagnosis and it stops there. Some companies act on it themselves and need nothing further.
Can the audit fee go towards the build?
It may be credited against a build agreed within 30 days of the audit being delivered, at my discretion, and it is agreed in writing when the build is quoted rather than assumed. It is deliberately not automatic. An audit that always converts into a credit is not a diagnosis, it is a deposit, and it puts quiet pressure on the diagnosis to recommend the larger job.
Do you require a long contract?
Audits and projects are one-off engagements with no ongoing commitment attached. Ongoing measurement programmes carry a four-month minimum and then run month to month with 30 days' notice. Four months is the shortest period over which a change to an entity footprint can be re-crawled, re-retrieved and measured well enough to say whether it worked, so a shorter term would be selling a number nobody can yet interpret.
What if I only want the measurement, not the build?
Then the audit is the right purchase, because it includes a full baseline measurement and you keep it. What I will not sell is an ongoing monthly measurement programme on a site that has not been fixed, because that produces a recurring invoice and a flat line. Measurement is worth paying for when something is changing that it can measure.
Is this cheaper than hiring someone?
The honest comparison is not cost, it is shape. A hire is permanent capacity with a salary, recruitment time and a ramp-up attached, and it makes sense once there is enough continuous work to fill a role. A project has an end date, a defined deliverable and no obligation afterwards, and it makes sense when you need a specific problem diagnosed and fixed rather than a function staffed. Companies with no in-house marketing specialist usually need the second before they can specify the first.
What happens if the audit says I do not need a build?
That is written in the report and no build is quoted. It happens when the engines already name a company accurately and the constraint sits somewhere else entirely, such as demand, product or pricing. Saying so costs me a project and keeps the audit worth buying, which is the trade that makes a paid diagnosis meaningful in the first place.
Find out what the engines currently say about you
Send me your company name and website. I run a set of buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google's AI Overviews, and send back a recorded walkthrough of what came out: where you appeared, where you did not, who was named instead, and the two or three structural reasons why. No charge, no obligation, and you keep the findings whether or not you decide to hire me.
I run these myself, so there is a queue. Expect a few working days rather than an instant report.
